1. Overview
At Ryxanordphikel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund. This policy is in accordance with EU consumer protection laws (including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), and applicable implementation rules in the Netherlands.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in the Netherlands among other laws), consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (the statutory “cooling-off” period).
2.1 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
2.2 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

You may use the following withdrawal statement (but it is not obligatory):
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer name and address: [your details]."

3. Conditions for Returns
3.1 Eligible Products
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
- The product seal must be intact
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Products that show signs of use
This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU regarding sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
4. Return Process
4.1 Initiating a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address we provide
4.2 Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

5. Refunds
5.1 Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5.3 Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are also refunded if you are returning the entire order. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- Include your order number in your communication
For damaged or defective products, we will either:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund including all shipping costs
7. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered), please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and cover the cost of returning the incorrect item.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
10. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@ryxanordphikel.world. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
11. Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you are entitled to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
For cross-border disputes, the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Participation in a specific alternative dispute resolution procedure is voluntary unless otherwise required by law.
